  • Authenticity Guaranteed.

Your confidence in our products is our top priority. To achieve this, we utilize the renowned Entrupy system, which meticulously examines the quality of leather, verifies the serial number, and delivers a reliable authenticity report for all of our handbags.

  • Sustainability.

We prioritize empowering both consignors and buyers to extend the life cycle of their designer pieces. With the alarming growth of textile waste each year, participating in resale becomes a powerful step towards reducing unnecessary waste. Join us in making a positive impact on the environment while enjoying the benefits of luxury resale.

  • Jeannine Christofilis, Co-Owner

With over two decades of experience in sales, Jeannine has a diverse background and passion for the world of luxury resale. After working in the data network space for ten years, Jeannine transitioned to launching an apothecary brand (working with prestigious retailers like Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue, Barneys, and Neiman Marcus). Over time, Jeannine's passion for luxury and designer fashion grew, leading her to work with her cousin, Mary Bridget, to create Refind - an elevated designer resale experience in Seattle. Thrilled to be a part of the exciting mission of sustainable luxury resale, she is committed to making a difference. Outside of Refind, Jeannine and her husband have four children ranging from middle to high school ages, keeping them happily occupied.

  • Susie Cohen, Co-Owner

Susie's journey in Washington started in 1995 when she left her job at Bloomingdales in New York to work as a buyer for The Bon Marche in Seattle and pursue her first love and now husband, Stephen. Now a proud mother of Sophie and Drew, Susie's passion for fashion has been ingrained since playing dress up in her mother's closet as a child. Her mission at The Refind Closet is to help women discover their own personal style, empowering them to feel their best. Susie firmly believes that style should reflect and celebrate each person's unique life, embracing fashion as one of the truest forms of self-expression. Susie's expertise extends to personal shopping and closet edits, having styled countless women in Seattle and New York in recent years. A curated closet that inspires can truly transform lives, and she finds it an honor to work with all of the amazing clients at The Refind Closet.

Her big question of “what’s next” was quickly answered when she was shopping in Refind with a friend and Susie offered her a job on the spot! She also loves traveling with her family. She has two children that are now young adults and a husband that travels for work too much, so any time she gets to spend with them, she’ll take it! She has always loved fashion and searching for secondhand treasures, which makes Refind the perfect place for her!

The Refind Closet could not run without all the other phenomenal women who support in our Sales Operations, Inventory, and Modeling divisions. A huge shout to all of their hard work, dedication, and personality that has turned Refind into the beautiful community that it is today!
